AYAIDA ApS receives payment with Mobilepay - including: Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
AYAIDA ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
AYAIDA ApS delivers on all weekdays.
We will send the goods to you within 1-2 working days from the time of ordering. We use GLS to deliver our packages.
You will always be able to follow your package with Track & Trace by entering the shipment number at www.gls.dk/find-pakke, which you will receive by e-mail / telephone after you have ordered the item. If GLS Home Delivery is not an option - because the package is too large or the stairwell is locked - then you can pick up your package at a GLS Parcel Shop nearby.
Once you have received the package, you should check the goods. If the package and / or the contents are damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately on +45 22335191. If you wish to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
AYAIDA ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You are responsible for the return costs.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to email@example.com In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
